Seebeck Coefficient

Thermoelectric Conversion Materials

This instrument is designed for simultaneous measurement of Seebeck coefficient and electric conductivity of thermoelectric materials.

This is an Instrument that finds thermoelectricity conversion factor η by finding power P that is generated when one-dimensional heat flow Q is passed through a heat generating module at a temperature difference of maximum 500°C.

This system permits precision measurement of the electric resistance of metal alloys and semiconductors by the d. c. 4-terminal method.

Best suited to measurement of temperature dependency of insulators, such as ceramics, plastics, glass, and others.

The STPM-1000 simultaneously measures the Seebeck coefficient and thermal conductivity in-plane two-dimensional distribution. Mapping analysis of materials is possible with a 20µm pitch.
