The CAS series systems have realized rapid heating, rapid cooling, direct temperature control of test piece, and creation of atmosphere by simple operation using an infrared gold image furnace. It has enabled heat treatment simulation of processes with high accuracy, which has been difficult with iron and steel materials. This heat treatment can be used in a wide range of application ranging from general heat treatment tests of steel sheets, steel plates, stainless steel plates and electrical steel sheets to process heat treatment simulation tests.
