The LIX series is an ultra-high sensitivity laser thermal dilatometer developed utilizing the latest optical techniques. This is an optimal system for use as calibration system for standard thermal dilatometers or for absolute thermal expansion measurements of unknown samples. This system conforms to JIS R3251-1995 "Measuring method of the linear thermal expansion coefficient for low expansion glass by laser interferometry".
