Cold cathode ionization vacuum gauges that use discharge phenomena in a uniform magnetic field to measure pressures between 10^-3and 1 Pa by discharge current.

SC1 is a magnetron type cold cathode vacuum gauge. Since no filament is used, long lifetime between gauge head maintenance is expected. Because there are no filaments to burn out, the gauge is also undamaged by accidental exposure to atmospheric pressure. Easy maintenance also reduces the cost of ownership.

ULVAC's 4-channel display units can be used with up to 4 G-Tran measuring units (box or sensor units) simultaneously, and output 8 set points and 4 analog points. Simultaneous measurement and display helps save space and lower costs, and the PG-IG automatic switching function makes operation easy.

This unit is a 1channel vacuum gauge display, compatible with all G-TRAN series, as well as CCM-A series. By connecting with sensor unit, it enables users to configure measuring pressure reading, pressure interface, and other settings with ease.
