GGT-3 Power Supply for Titanium Getter Pumps
GGT-3 is a control power supply for powering titanium getter pumps and sublimating titanium.
- Provides the optimum output characteristic for using ULVAC's PGT Series of titanium getter pumps.
Enables unmanned intermittent operation with power ON and OFF times set to any value between 0.05 second and 300 hours.

At ULVAC, you can download CAD data (DXF files) for some of our products.(Internet Explorer Ver. 5.5 or newer)
Downloading is only available if you have completed User Registration (free).
