The GP Series are constant-temperature Pirani vacuum gauges that work using the thermal conduction of gas. The platinum filaments used are not destroyed by atmospheric pressure, enabling easy measurement of low vacuum pressures, and a wide range of applications. Models with meter relays are available, enabling use in interlocks and evacuation sequence control. Eco-friendly and RoHS compliant.

At ULVAC, you can download CAD data (DXF files) for some of our products.(Internet Explorer Ver. 5.5 or newer)
